Trip to Huntsville

Raine's Grade 1 teacher, Brooke invited us to her wedding in Huntsville. She actually asked Raine if he could play the violin during the ceremony. He was thrilled and practiced everyday for the past 6 months. "Here Comes the Bride" wasn't the hard piece to play but he wanted it to be perfect for Brooke.

The wedding was GORGEOUS! Brooke's mom has a cottage and the ceremony was held in her front yard. It was just perfect and something we would never forget!

レインの学校の先生（ブルック）の結婚式でハンツビルという所に行って来た。去年の秋くらいに、レインはセレモニーの時に、ぜひバイオリンを弾いてほしいと先生から頼まれ、ここ6ヶ月間ほど毎日練習をしていた。

ブルックのお母さんがハンツビルに別荘を持っていて、その前庭で夜7時から（星の下での）結婚式だった！目の前には大きな湖があり、期待していた以上にゴージャスな場所での式でした！

おめでとうブルック！これからずっと仲良く幸せにね！

We've been driving about 2 and a half hours and are now stuck in traffic...

トロントから車で約2時間半、あともう少しで着くはずなのに渋滞...

Are we there yet? It's been TOO long...and I'm going crazy!

Finally in Huntsville!

People here are very friendly. Everyone says hi to us as we walk by!

Now the ceremony is done, which means it's time to PARTY!

セレモニーが終わって今からパーティーだ〜！

"Hurry up, Daniel! I can feel some mosquitoes on my legs."

「ダニエル、早く撮ってよ！蚊が足にとまっているよ〜！」

Can you imagine waking up every morning like this!

ブルックのお母さんは、毎朝この景色で目が覚めるんだ〜。うらやましい！

Gorgeous sunset! The sky seems much bigger here...

夕日が沈んで行く景色！ハンツビルの空はトロントのより大きいような...

"I'm not afraid of mosquitoes out here. I'm covered! Don't tell anyone, my mommy got 75 mosquito bites so far...yikes!"

「蚊がたくさんいるって聞いたけど、僕は洋服でカバーされてるから大丈夫！内緒だけど、マミーはもうすでに75カ所刺されたんだって...って言うか実際に数えたマミーがスゴい！」

"To tell you the truth I don't know who I'm dancing with...but I'm having fun!"

「僕が一緒に踊っている男の子は誰？？？まっ、楽しいからいいか！」

The next day, we made a pit stop at this skateboard park before heading home.

次の日、トロントに向かう前にスケートボードの公園にちょこっと寄り道。

"Raine, are you ready to go back to Toronto?"

「レイ〜ンもうそろそろ行くよ〜！」
