Grad Trip to Ottawa
All packed and ready to go!
Grade 8s are leaving for Ottawa tomorrow. Raine's been waiting too long for this! He is sharing the room with his best friends and I know they've been planning lots of things to do at night. I noticed there is a PS3 game in the suitcase...I'm not even going to ask...
Have fun but please please do not get in trouble! The last thing I need is a call from the teacher saying I have to come and get you in Ottawa! Lol!
レインは明日から4日間卒業旅行でオタワへ出発。なんと仲良し4人組が同じ部屋になった（ヤバ〜い（笑））！パッキングを楽しくやっていたのはいいけど、よーく見るとPS3のゲームが入ってる。ん？？
楽しい思い出作ってもらいたいけど、先生に怒られてトロント戻りなさい！って言われないようにだけ注意してね（笑）

Happy Pink Shirt Day!
The Harlem Globetrotters came to Raine's school and they were on Breakfast Television! Waking up at 5am is totally worth it!! I learned that my son is such a show off! Wonder where he got that from...
The Harlem Globetrottersがレインの学校に来た！TVに映りたい子だけが朝6:30までに学校に集合。朝眠かったけど、その価値あったね！1つ言えるのが、レインはかなりの目立ちたがり屋だった（笑）

ESA or Earl Haig
We found out that Raine is accepted to both ESA and Earl Haig! AWESOME!! But wait...now we have to choose.
ESA is the hardest school to get in but many of his friends are going to Earl Haig. He thought about friendship and opportunities he could potentially have in the future. It truly was the most stressful and the hardest decision he has every made in his life.
In the end, he chose...ESA!! SO PROUD OF YOU RAINE!!!
なんとオーディション受けた2校とも合格通知が届いた！わーい、と喜びたいけどどっちかに決めないといけなくなった、涙！小学校・中学校とは違い、ハイスクールは大学にも影響するし重要な進学。だから慎重に後悔しない答えを出したい。
レインのお友達はほどんどがEarl Haigへ行くらしいけど、ESAは超有名学校。ESAに受かって断る人はめったにいないとか。14歳の脳みそでたくさん悩んで、考えた結果レインからESAに決めた！と言って来た。
おめでとう！良くがんばったね！！

Pineapple??
Turned out that Raine missed two days of school. When he went back to school on the 28th he got a birthday gift from his friends and it was in his locker! It was a PINEAPPLE!! It's funny but I still don't get it...
レインの仲良しさん3人がレインのバースデープレゼントを用意してくれてたらしい。何をもらったかって？パイナップル！（笑）別にレインの大好物でもないし、何をどう考えても謎。なんでパイナップル？？でもレインは嬉しかったみたいなで、まっいいか。
