Ever since I pulled my wisdom teeth 2 years ago I've been suffering with sinus pain a few times a year... When I get sick(which is almost NEVER!) I always try to get well in natural way and it works for me. However, when I have sinus pain it's a different story! I can't describe how much pain I get and how crappy I feel... I NEED TO POP SOME PILLS!!!!!
This year seems the worse for me. Daniel always has sinus problems and he often uses the
neti pot. For the longest time I refused to use it just because I didn't like the idea of shooting water up my nose! I knew it would work but I just didn't want to try it...until now! I heard this one(the picture below) would be easier to use and also good for kids. When I hear "It's good for kids!" I feel it's safe and if kids can do it I can do it too(it gives me some confidence!)!
We ended up buying it and I actually made Daniel and Raine try it first(what kind of mother am I!). Raine had no problem with it so I tried it! It was a funny feeling and you have no idea how much stuff came out of my nose, yikes!!!
I've been using it everyday now and I feel a lot better!

こっちでは多くの人がサイナスに悩まされていて、ダニエルもその一人。ダニエルの場合は「ネティポット（ぬるいお湯にしおを入れ鼻の中をきれいにあらうモノ）」を使っていたが、水を鼻に入れるなんてとんでもない！と思い一度も試した事がなかった。でもこの下の写真はダニエルが使っていたのより新しいモデルで使いやすく、しかも子供にもgood？！と聞き、子供ができるんだったら私だって出来るはず、じゃー試してみるか、と。ドラッグストアーで手に入れていざお家へ。自分が一番最初に挑戦するのが嫌だったので、我が家の男、ダニエルとレインに試してもらいその後私。
恐れながらもいざやってみるとたいした事ではなかった。プールの中にいるような感じ？といったら良いのか変な感覚だが鼻がきれいになるのが目に見えてよくわかる（鼻から出てくるものがスゴい！）。日本でも花粉症やアレルギーの人にはおすすめです！また普段から1日1回でもこれできれいにすると風邪の防止にもなるらしい。
